VISITOR QR / NO APP REQUIRED

Let exhibition visitors capture themselves with a QR code.

Give visitors a fast, branded browser form for contact details, interests and requirements when booth staff are occupied or the visitor prefers self-registration.

WHY EXPOCOLLECT

A public form that still respects the event boundary.

1

Branded mobile form

Show the exhibitor identity, event and booth context with readable colours and a focused set of configured fields.

2

Interest and requirement capture

Visitors select enabled product interests and can add a short requirement before submission.

3

Consent and privacy context

Display the event’s configured consent wording and link to the relevant privacy information.

4

Protected public endpoint

Non-guessable tokens, rate limits, duplicate checks and abuse controls reduce misuse without requiring visitor accounts.

WORKFLOW

Use QR capture alongside staff-led conversations.

01

Configure the event form

Choose the enabled fields, interests, consent wording, branding and optional catalogue destination.

02

Generate and test the QR

Open the exact visitor experience on real iPhone and Android browsers before printing signage.

03

Place it where it helps

Use the code at the booth, on a product display or in a queue without replacing staff-led capture.

04

Act on the submission

The lead appears in the event workflow for qualification, assignment, follow-up, reporting and export.

WHO IT HELPS

Useful when the booth has more visitors than available staff.

01

High-footfall booths

Give waiting visitors a clear capture path while staff finish another conversation.

02

Product displays

Let visitors identify the specific products or services they want to discuss.

03

After-hours interest

Keep a controlled event form available when the physical display remains visible but the booth is not fully staffed.

QUESTIONS

What exhibitors ask before they start.

01

Does the visitor need ExpoCollect installed?

No. The QR opens a mobile-first public web form in the visitor’s browser.

02

Can the QR expose our internal event ID?

Public capture uses a random, non-guessable token rather than a sequential database identifier.

03

Can we choose which questions visitors see?

Yes. The event controls enabled capture fields and product interests while required minimum contact rules remain server-authoritative.

04

What happens after submission?

A branded confirmation is shown, with an optional catalogue link, and the lead enters the authorised event workflow.
