Terms of service.
Effective 11 August 2026. These terms govern access to ExpoCollect, operated under the trade name ExpoCollect by ExpoCollect (“ExpoCollect”, “we”, “us”). By registering, paying for, or using the service, the customer confirms that it has authority to bind its business or organisation.
1. The service
ExpoCollect provides exhibition lead capture, visitor QR forms, offline mobile capture, user-reviewed on-device OCR, team administration, reporting and export tools. The service is a business productivity platform, not legal, consent-management, marketing, tax, accounting or professional advice.
2. Customer responsibilities
The customer controls why and how it collects visitor and lead information. It must provide appropriate notices, obtain any consent required for collection or follow-up, honour data-subject requests, restrict team access, keep account and email access secure, and ensure submitted content is lawful and accurate. Users must not scrape, spam, upload malware, interfere with security, probe another tenant, overload the service, impersonate a person, or use the service for unlawful surveillance or discrimination.
3. Accounts and email OTP
Access is authenticated by time-limited codes sent to the registered email address. The customer is responsible for the security of that mailbox, its authorised users and devices, and prompt removal of former staff. We may suspend sessions or accounts where necessary to protect customers, the platform, or comply with law.
4. Plans, taxes and payment
Prices, purchase type and included entitlements are shown before purchase. A Single Exhibition credit must be assigned within six months; pack credits within twelve months. A licensed event may run for up to ten consecutive days. Event access ordinarily starts 30 days before and remains available for follow-up for 90 days after the event, followed by read-only/export access within the displayed retention window. Razorpay may process online payments; ExpoCollect does not store payment-card credentials. If enabled, bank transfer is a manual alternative and access starts only after the platform administrator verifies cleared funds. The customer must provide correct billing and tax information. Applicable taxes, including GST where legally required, are additional unless checkout expressly states they are included.
5. Renewals, cancellation and refunds
Event passes and packs are one-time purchases. Annual Team renews yearly until cancelled, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise. Eligibility for a refund is governed by our Refund Policy, including the voluntary 14-day unused-exhibition promise. Cancellation does not itself create a refund.
6. Customer data and permitted processing
As between the parties, the customer retains its rights in exhibitor and lead data. The customer authorises us and our contracted service providers to host, transmit, back up, secure and otherwise process that data only as needed to operate the service, satisfy lawful instructions, prevent abuse and comply with law. We do not use lead data to train generative-AI models. Customers should export important data before account closure or expiry.
7. Availability, changes and support
We use reasonable care to keep the service secure and available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Mobile networks, devices, app stores, email, payment gateways and hosting providers may fail outside our control. We may make proportionate changes for security, law, compatibility or service improvement. Material adverse changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
8. Intellectual property
ExpoCollect and its software, design, documentation and trademarks remain owned by their respective rights holders. The customer receives a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during an active entitlement. Feedback may be used to improve the service without identifying or disclosing customer data.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, fraud, unlawful conduct, a credible security threat, or where required by law. Where safe and lawful, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy. Data export and deletion remain subject to the plan, retention settings, legal holds, backups and applicable law.
10. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of profit, goodwill or opportunity. ExpoCollect’s aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to fees paid by the customer for the affected service during the preceding twelve months. This limit does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, breach of confidentiality, infringement, or liabilities that law does not permit us to limit.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer or statutory forums, courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have jurisdiction. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through the Contact Us form.
