No. A first-time exhibitor can verify a work email and start the current Free Trial plan without entering payment details.

Who controls the free trial limits?

The duration, exhibitions, staff, leads, storage and enabled features are read from the current server-side Free Trial plan maintained by the ExpoCollect platform administrator.

What happens when the full-access trial ends?

The account enters the read-only period shown on this page. After that period, billing, support, deletion, sign-in and logout remain available until a paid entitlement is activated.
